Chef Warrell Mbouna, originally from Libreville, Gabon, began his culinary journey at age 8 in France’s gastronomic city of Lyon. Under the guidance of renowned French chefs like Dominic Moreau and Greg Quemper, he perfected his skills. After two years as a sous chef in France, Chef Warrell ventured to Toronto, where he thrived at Jules Bistro and Newrest Catering Company. In 2024, fueled by passion and dedication, he founded Lalyonnaiserie Private Chef Service. Committed to excellence, Chef Warrell creates unforgettable dining experiences, infusing each meal with innovation and magic.
